Return & Exchange Policy

  • After your product is delivered, you have 15 days to return it or exchange it.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective or incorrect product(s), we will initiate a reverse pickup and assume responsibility for the shipping costs.
  • Note: Prior to shipping or delivering the product to our courier partner, it is important to record a video or photograph.
  • Should our courier partners be unable to service the customer’s pin code, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product(s). In the event that the customer receives defective or incorrect product(s), the shipping charges up to ₹100 will be fully refunded.
  • Please courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure that the product(s) are packed securely to avoid damage during transportation. Please make sure the item(s) is/are undamaged and complete with all tags and packing.
  • Note: It is recommended that you use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service instead of utilizing other courier services. The greatest postal network in India is run by the government-owned company Speed Post, which is completely dependable.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund for the prepaid purchase will be processed within 7 working days of the warehouse receiving the order and conducting a quality check of the product(s). The Refund Amount will be displayed in the appropriate payment mode.
  • Note: The value of the Coupon Code will be refunded through a coupon if you have used a Refund Coupon to place a prepaid order. The remaining amount will be paid using your original payment method.

  • For COD Orders: Following the Quality Check of the product(s) and the receipt of your order at the warehouse, a coupon code equivalent to the order value will be sent to your registered email address or contact number within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requesting to cancel your order can be done by email, whatsapp or phone within 24 hours of making it.
  • Orders that have already been shipped from the warehouse cannot be canceled. But you can ask for a return within 10 days of receiving the order if the item(s) are wrong or print damaged.
Things To Consider

Before you order the T-shirt, here are things you should think about

  • Customers are asked to look at the size guide before ordering.
  • The item(s) ‘s color may differ depending on the customer’s screen size.
  • Please provide your registered phone number on WhatsApp to get updates quickly and have a better shopping experience.
  • Because some of our buyers are worried about their hygiene, we can’t take back or swap the Boxer Shorts.
  • Customers are asked to file a complaint within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged package, products unrelated to the order, or an empty package. For extra safety, we also advise our customers to make a video of themselves opening the box.
