How can I see what's going on with my order?
Click “Track Order” on the Bejavan page after logging in to your account to see where your order is at any given time.
Following the completion of your order, we will confirm the information of your order via email and WhatsApp.
Again, we’ll let you know by SMS or WhatsApp when we send your package.
From the time of sending, it could take up to 24 hours for your tracking link to work.
Anytime something out of the ordinary happens that causes your order to be delayed, we will let you know.
How much will it cost to place my order?
When you spend less than Rs 399, we charge Rs 30 for delivery.
The prices you see for the goods include taxes.
How can I be sure that my order went through?
After you place your order, you’ll be taken to a page that confirms it. You’ll also get an email with your order number that you can use for any other questions you have about the order.
You can see more about your order by going to Track Order or My Orders.
An SMS confirmation was sent to the phone number you provided.
Why do I not see the COD choice?
We are currently unable to offer the cash-on-delivery payment choice for a few pin codes.
It’s also not possible to use COD in the situations below:
- We have guard rules in place to stop users from using COD if they have repeatedly canceled, returned, or sent back multiple items.
- A customer can’t have more than two COD orders at the same time. This means that if you’ve already placed two COD orders that haven’t been shipped, you can still place a third order, but it must be paid for ahead of time or in some other way.
I need to change where my package will be sent.
Once the order has been made, we can’t change the delivery address. You will need to cancel the current order and place a new one with the new address.

I wasn't around when my order was delivered, but I still want it. What should I do?
If you miss your delivery the first time, don’t worry—First Delivery Guys will always call you to set up the next day’s delivery. Our delivery person will try to bring your order to you two more times.
A transaction was attempted; however, it was unsuccessful. What should I do?
Please be assured that the amount will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days if it has been deducted from your bank or card.
Concurrently, please allow for a period of time before attempting to complete the transaction once more, preferably using a different payment method.

Although my transaction was unsuccessful, an amount was deducted from my Bejavan wallet. What actions should I take?
Please be assured that the amount will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days if it has been deducted from your bank or card.
Concurrently, please allow for a period of time before attempting to complete the transaction once more, preferably using a different payment method.

Can you provide the COD limit?
The COD limit for each client and/or order is at the discretion of Bejavan. The maximum limit for cash on delivery (COD) when placing an order is Rs 2500. Furthermore, each transaction is restricted to a maximum of five products in the case of COD orders.Â
How does the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment method work?
You can pay the full amount of your order at the time of delivery with the Bejavan Cash on Delivery option for orders up to Rs. 2500. If you want to pay for an order with Cash on Delivery (COD), go to the payment page and choose the Cash On Delivery choice. You can only choose the “cash on delivery” choice in certain areas and for certain items.
What should I do to get my COD fees back?
Cash on delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable, but they can be returned if there are problems with the delivery.Â
How much does COD (Cash on Delivery) cost?
